• How much is the rent for this house?

• The rent is 4800 Ghana a month. That is a little expensive don't you think?

• Well! Yes, but it is in a gated estate and the commute won't be long since this neighborhood is close to town.

• Right! But as in many places they want a year of rent upfront.

• The country has changed the legislation to deter landlords, but it is still common. Landlords use this money to make changes before you move in.

• I like the gated community concept, with all the greenery. It has family friendly vibes and kids can play around without fearing cars.

• What I like the most about this place is the floors with the shiny tiles. Actually I realize there is a lot of room here. You could fit an entire family comfortably in here.

• The air conditioning bill will be high too!

• I feel like you won't be in each other's way because it is a good size. All the rooms are master bedrooms and have their own toilet and bathroom. The kitchen area is a good size. You have cabinets on the wall and a little laundry in the corner where you can put a washing machine. There is a pantry in the kitchen as well.

• I love the indoor and outdoor cooking amenities. African cooking can be smelly.

• The living area and the dining area are separate.

• Ah, here is the backyard, sort of! The garbage bin is here

• The house is on a whole plot of land. The previous we saw was just half a plot.

• Yes but it was fully furnished, the common area had high ceilings and landscaping was included in the CMA dues. The apartment upstairs was super spacious. The balcony was amazing. Did you notice the guest bathroom?

• Look, this one has staff quarters.
